Sheikh Mohammed meets with Sudanese minister

Minister of Commerce and Industry HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Qassim Al Thani on Wednesday met with Sudanese Minister of Minerals Mohamed Bashir Abdalla, and his accompanying delegation currently visiting the country. The meeting was also attended by Qatar Mining CEO Khalid bin Ahmed Al Obaidli. During the meeting, the officials touched on the commercial, industrial, and investment relations between Qatar and the Sudanese Republic, as well as ways to enhance and develop them. They also discussed aspects of joint cooperation between the two sides. During the meeting, Sheikh Mohammed highlighted the economic policies Qatar has put in place to support the private sector and pointed to the incentives, legislations, and promising opportunities that allow Sudanese companies to expand and invest in Qatar.
