Department of Meteorology warns of strong wind and high sea

Weather inshore until 6 pm on Tuesday will be scattered clouds to partly cloudy at times, relatively cold by night, the department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.
Offshore, the weather will be scattered clouds to partly cloudy at times, the report added, warning of expected strong wind and high sea till noon.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly 05 to 15 knot, gusting to 18 knot daytime.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly 08 to 18 knot, gusting to 24 knot till noon.
Visibility will be 5 to 9 kilometers.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet. Offshore it will be 2 to 5 feet, rises to 7 feet till noon.
