Amir, Kazakh president review ties

His Highness the Amir of State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani on Saturday held a telephone conversation with President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym Jomart Tokayev regarding the developments in the situation in Kazakhstan. The Kazakh president briefed HH the Amir on the efforts being made to calm the situation and enhance security and stability in Kazakhstan.
For his part, HH the Amir expressed his confidence in the ability of the Kazakh authorities to overcome this crisis and return things to normal in the brotherly country.
During the call, they reviewed the friendship and cooperation relations between the two countries and the ways to support and develop them.
